major credit bureau and keep current for at least 1 year to improve

Pay any and
all loan balances down to less than 79% against high credit limits.

Overlap past
or "2 yr old" bad credit with present "within 2yrs" good credit. Use
credit cards or loans too keep your credit history alive and
new. If credit cards turn you down, then mail in $200 dollars
with your application and ask to open a new account or re-open an
old bad account to establish new good credit.

years and resolve to pay all bills on time for the rest of my life.
